Book a fit call

15 minutes. No pitch deck. Real conversation about your content.

A short call to figure out whether Lumaris is the right fit for what you're producing. We come prepared with observations about your current content. You leave with a specific recommendation, even if the answer is not right now.

Before you book, three minutes from Marko on why Lumaris exists

The 15 minutes

What we'll cover.

  1. 01
The state of your current video content. What's working. What's hurting retention. What we'd recommend changing.
  2. 02
The mechanism behind 99% intro retention on Code with Antonio. How that mechanism applies (or doesn't) to your content category.
  3. 03
What a Calibration would look like for your product specifically. Editorial style options. Production approach.
  4. 04
Whether the fit is right for both sides. Honest answer. If it's not, we say so on the call.
  5. 05
What the next 30 days would look like if we move forward. Calibration timeline. First retainer month structure.

No pitch deck. No sales pipeline pressure. If there's no fit, we say so on the call, and we mean it.

Marko Živić, Founder, Lumaris Studio
Who you'll be talking to

Marko Živić, every time.

Founder · Former GitHub Actions Team Lead · IBM Product Owner

Lumaris doesn't have a sales team. The first call is with Marko personally. Every time. This isn't a discovery call with a BDR, it's a 15-minute conversation with the founder.

The constraint matters. Marko reviews every audit, takes every first call, and is the technical lead on every Calibration. That structure is what keeps the work quality high. It also means the calendar fills up. Book early in the week if you're trying to schedule within the next 10 days.

Why there's zero risk

The structure of the call removes the risk.

01 / 04

No long-term contract before a Calibration

We don't sign retainers on a fit call. The structural entry to working together is the Calibration. €2,500, three executions, fully credited toward Month 1 if you continue. The call is upstream of that decision.

02 / 04

We come prepared with observations

Marko reviews your content before the call. You don't brief us, we already know what you're producing, what's working, and what's hurting retention. The 15 minutes is spent discussing the gap, not establishing context.

03 / 04

No preparation required from you

Show up. Have a 15-minute conversation. The work of preparing the analysis is already done before the call starts.

04 / 04

Timeline commitments in writing

If you decide to move forward with a Calibration after the call, the first executions are delivered within 5–10 business days. We commit to the timeline in writing before the engagement starts.

Common questions

What's your team's process for onboarding new clients?
We start with a technical brief, not a creative brief. Before any production begins, we review your documentation, your product, and your existing content. Our goal: understand your stack well enough that your team never has to explain a basic concept twice. Most clients are production-ready within one week of signing.
We keep our client roster intentionally small. Maximum 10 retainer clients simultaneously. This isn't a volume operation, it's a precision one. Every client gets a dedicated editor pairing with background knowledge in their product category, not a rotating pool of generalists.
We specialize in developer tools, DevOps platforms, and B2B SaaS companies with technical audiences. Specifically: product demo videos, platform walkthroughs, tutorial content, YouTube channel management, sponsorship segments for tech creator channels. If your audience is developers or technical buyers, we're the right fit.
No. That's the entire point. Our editors have software engineering backgrounds and work directly from your documentation and product. If a technical question comes up during production, we resolve it internally. Your engineers are never in the review loop unless you want them to be.
Retainers start at €6,000/month (Foundation tier) and are structured around your content volume. Every retainer includes a dedicated technical editor, in-house dev team validation layer, and a production manager who owns the timeline. The first 30 days are a trial period with no long-term commitment. We send a detailed scope breakdown before any agreement is signed.
2–5 business days for first drafts on standard Foundation engagements. The industry baseline is 2–3 weeks. The speed isn't a tradeoff against quality, it's a structural outcome of having editors who don't need to ask basic technical questions.
We don't do one-off projects with new clients. The first project is always the most expensive, we're learning your product, your code style, your editorial preferences. The trial period structure (1 month Foundation, 30-day exit) gives you the same flexibility without the per-project overhead.
